2. Who do you serve?
We support adults, veterans, military personnel, first responders, caregivers, professionals, executives, and anyone facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, or major life transitions.

 

3. What makes your practice unique? Our team specializes in holistic, evidence-based care, including nontraditional treatments like EMDR and brainspotting. We also integrate somatic, polyvagal, and other neurologically based interventions to support mind-body healing and resilience. Our programs are especially designed for high-stress professions and address issues such as secondary trauma and moral injury.

 

4. What are EMDR and brainspotting?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and brainspotting are advanced therapeutic techniques proven to help process trauma and emotional distress. These methods are available as add-on services by our certified specialists.

 

5. Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes! We provide both in-person and telehealth therapy options to ensure accessibility and flexibility for our clients.

 

6. Can I receive group therapy?

We work with a variety of insurance providers. Please contact our office to discuss whether your chosen therapist is in network with your insurance plan. We can also provide a superbill for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
