Dr. Erum Agha specializes in the treatment of trauma, working with clients to address trauma and PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, and life transitions by bringing awareness and intention to the healing process and cultivating self-compassion.
Dr. Agha's therapeutic approach incorporates a combination of evidence-based interventions with acceptance and empowerment. She draws on CBT, DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual.
