Susan specializes in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. She is EMDR-trained and combines EMDR with CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients move beyond survival mode and reconnect with who they are.

Dr. Erum Agha, PHD & LCSW

Dr. Erum Agha brings clinical social work practice experience from Psychiatry,Integrative Medicine and community settings. Dr. Agha specializes in the treatment oftrauma and works with clients to address trauma, PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety andlife transitions by bringing awareness, intention and cultivating self-compassion.
Her therapeutic approach incorporates a combination of evidence-based interventions with acceptance and empowerment. Such approaches often not only address the larger mental health concerns but also improve sleep, energy and overall wellbeing.
Dr. Agha has post doctoral training in traditional evidence-based modalities and a range of mindfulness approaches. Her specialties include: CBT, DBT, CPT, Narrative therapy, Motivational Interviewing,and Mindfulness based approaches.
